At the bottom of the trail (not the falls) there's a place where you can Jump off into a deep pond.. But like Jason said, the Lake Cayuga is right across and you can use the same parking fee/ticket to swim in the lake instead?
Yes. FYI bring water to drink. Gets hot and no fountains.
Not at the gorge trail. There were signs when we went up that said no swimming. You can at the park across from the gorge trail

Not at the falls but the park also has a wonderful lakeside area with swimming.
