Pleasant, easy walk along a creek where you see exposed rock and stroll on a wide path. You don't need to make turns while entering. The falls are impressive and it's one of the better waterfalls in the area.

At the bottom of the trail (not the falls) there's a place where you can Jump off into a deep pond.. But like Jason said, the Lake Cayuga is right across and you can use the same parking fee/ticket to swim in the lake instead?
Taughannock Falls,.hands down. Ithaca Falls is a bit lackluster but it's nice to see once
Yes dogs are allowed, should be leashed as there are alot of dogs along the trails.
No idea. It was very low water plus it’s not really a fishing spot unless you fish at the mouth in Cayuga Lake
