why does the sign on the door instruct the public to call and schedile an appointment when noe one ever answers the phone ?

Honestly the way the lady explained it to me is 90% of the calls don't actually go through yes they bring but they don't actually make it through to the DMV and the other 10% that do make it through are lucky they even get that far my suggestion would be to just keep trying I'm sorry I know that's not very helpful 😔 hope you're able to get in soon
