unable to get a hold of anyone or receive necessary information weather from a person, on the phone, or website. Im sick of government agencies being run so poorly. Government agencies are never set up to properly help the people.

Drop off all your paperwork in the box in front of the office with a blank check inside. Or they'll call you with an amount and you can drop off a money order.

There is a drop off box there. Put your plates along with a one dollar recycling fee and your mailing address in an envelope or a bag. They'll mail the receipt back to you. I just did it last month. Took about 2-3 days
Only by appointment for renewal of your license
Just go in put them in the drop box with a dollar an they well send you a copy or call you to come an get your copy out of the pick up box

You don't.... You make out a check payable 2 Delaware county clerk! All paperwork goes in box with ID copy and no starter check or it must! Match the name on you're I'd as well.
No you cannot drive on registered you risk having your vehicle towed.you have to get a printout of your insurance card ahead of time and drop it in with all of your paperwork including a copy of your license in the box at the Delhi DMV and assigned check
If you are doing it at the Delhi location then you make the check out to Delaware county clerk there is also a drop box at the DMV which opens where the DMV door is 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
