What is the average pay scale after 5 years employment one can expect? Is there any benefits as in health and wellness care, 401k, profit sharing available for all levels of employee's after the probation period of employment?

I work in CNC at GW Lisk for about a year now and since I finished school 5 years ago its one of the best places I've been employed. I have a very sick wife and I need to be home sometimes with her and GW is the first place I've worked that actually believes in family first. Since she has been diagnosed I've jumped job to job due to attendance. Every job I've had has told me family first, no worries. But when it actually came to me taking care of family first they did not live up to what they said. GW has truly lived up to this and I for one hope to retire from GW Lisk. If you have the opportunity to be employed at GW then you should definitely give them a shot.
