Ordered their " So called Famous Fish Fry" tonight for supper. Everything was cold and they ruined the coleslaw with way too much vinegar!!! Will not order again........sad to say....

Some of the morning cashiers are grumpy and hard to communicate with but overall, it’s an okay store. Feels like family when you come in and they’re nice on their good days. The young female customer service lead is doing her job well and the young man with red hair is awesome at his job as well.

The way the Front End runs is phenomenal; their newest Customer Service Lead associate is very efficient! I would definitely shop here for exceptional Customer Service and exceptional sales.

I usually have a pretty good experience when I shop at this Tops, normally all the associates are super friendly and polite. However this morning was definitely the first time where I did not feel welcome or appreciated for spending my money here. When checking out, the cashier Tammy had the absolute WORST attitude I have seen in a long time shopping here! She was rude, absolutely unfriendly, and was literally tossing my groceries once she bagged them. She seemed as if she did not want to be there this morning, and acted like having to check me out was a complete inconvenience. When I was finished paying for my groceries, she pretty much flung my receipt at me and said "Here's your receipt!" That's it! She didnt thank me for shopping there, and even when I said for here to have a good rest of her day, all she responded with was "Yeah, bye!" Not really sure what is bothering her today, but with that attitude, she probably shouldn't be the last point of contact you have with customers spending their money in your store, especially with her foul attitude.
