Normally I'd only rate a travel plaza as three stars. Assuming of course the bathrooms are clean and stocked. This one gets an extra star because the Starbucks was permanently closed.

I really wanted pizza but they are closed. Burger king has limited hours. Starbucks was open. I got a caramel frappe and double bacon cheddar egg sandwich. It was good.
