When I moved in 6 years ago, this place was beautiful and well kept. It has become a place people are leaving due to the decrease in upkeep. One major issue is bed bugs. They seem to have them constantly. For example, 4 out of 6 apartments in the same vicinity were treated. The bugs just moved to the apartments not treated. I am bitten so bad, that I had to be put on and put on an antibiotic and ointment. Caregivers are refusing to work under these conditions. I reported the issue on Monday. The exterminator is supposed to be here sometime Thursday. In the meantime, nothing can be done. This is just one of the issues we face.

It says secure building. However all winter the side door didn't lock and the sidewalks are a mess. Uneven and holes. And the cameras don't work either

Yes, as far as I'm aware. Many people in the building have one. But there may also be rules regarding them.
There are 3 different size apartments. Studio, one bedroom and 2 bedrooms
