Expensive place to live. Management does not take care of empty lots. Most tenants are nice but there are the few "trailer trash" that you find anywhere.

Pleasant community and a caring staff who are available when you have a problem or just a question. Extra large lots are a huge plus!

You can have a visitor for 6 months. After that they have to be on lease. My brother stays with me through the summer.
