There's a beautiful courtyard at this hospital. They really need to put up a sign that says you can't get back in if you go out to the courtyard. We found ourselves stuck in the rain and had to walk all the way around the building to get back in. Ridiculous

I called Clifton Springs ED and spoke with Demi. I was having abdominal pain and called a couple different ER's to inquire if the waiting room was full. I did not want to waste my night sitting in a waiting room and not seeing a doctor. I am sure we have all been there. She said, "I can't tell you that." I asked why. She replied because it could be a lie. I specified that I was questioning right now if there was a full waiting room. She again refused to be of any assistance. I advised I would be filling a complaint. Luckily, I did not receive the same response from other competitors. Terrible experience.

Absolutely horrible. Did not do their job the slightest. Did not bring medication on time, did not clean the patient or allow a shower for 3 days. Did not change sheets or even bring sheets to be changed for days. Did not come when called. Had to ask multiple staff to do something before it would get done hours later. Absolutely horrible and disgusting experience for my father.

I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors , nurses and staff of Clifton Springs Hospital. The nurses and support staff were professional but friendly and very helpful. Dr Childs is an excellent surgeon and takes time to really talk and listen to your concerns. The hospital is clean and modern. All in all a positive experience. Corinne Coutlee
