Absolute worst place I've ever worked. Needs to be closed from the bottom to the top! Total mayhem in the whole place, from the minute you walk through the door. Never advice a person, addict or possible employee to go there.

A terrible place to be at the staff doesn’t care about anything but there paychecks the Maxwell Director Erika Martin is a evil woman she targets African American clients and staff and it’s been so many complaints about it and they still keep her there because they need a director bad because they constantly keep firing directors everytime they get one. I’ve done ask to talk to the Residential Manager John L”Hommedieu and he always avoids me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to that place.

The new director is bringing a professional environment and constancy. More responsible environment now - an employee

I have a loved on that is currently in ACC and they make it extremely difficult to get ahold of our loved ones.my significant other had a seizure in their waiting room and I have yet to hear any progress or how he's doing. I think they should have called and given me an update on his health/mental health instead of nothing. They need to be in communication better with families. I feel like they are with holding information about our situation and our loves one that is currently at ACC in the Clifton Springs facility.

They recently changed their policies. If you can't have a stable save it for you and give it to you when you leave and give you whatever you need. It's a great program stick it out it's worth it
