I think she'd be fine at Wynetka Pond Dog Park. The only place she'd really be able to squeeze through goes into the second section of the dog park that is also fenced in. I'd say you should be fine since there's usually a good amount of pups to play with there too. There are a lot of puppies of varying breeds that come to this park. I'd say it's a good intro park for puppies because of size and the people are pretty helpful if you're trying to leave and your dog isn't ready. Haha Oh, just bring your own water during the colder months because the fountain is turned off if it might freeze.
Try starting out during a weekday morning around 9 or 10. It is a much more calm situation, there are always dogs at the park but for puppies being introduced it's best to go when it is not as busy the first few times. The park is insanely crazy on weekends.
