I work in claims for the VBA at the new Rocky Mountain VAMC. Rocky Mountain is the only place you can get your ID Card at.

The Lakewood regional office does not issue them. I don't know if you can get it at the Golden clinic, but I know you can get it at the new hospital in Aurora.
