If I go to a on base hospital as the spouse of a vet that's 100% tp and I have champva? I have received a bill and was wondering if champva was like tricare on base and the visits were suppose to be fully covered?

Champva is not like tricare, they only have same pay rates as tricare. They do not cover on base only civilian doctors or va medical centers that accept champva though the CITI program
