This place is a joke. They DO NOT enforce child support whatsoever. Update: 4 years after the original review, still waiting on over 15,000 owed back child support. The other parent just keeps out smarting them. You would think after a decade they would go the nuclear route since the other parent is clearly just refusing, but I suppose child support enforcement only hurts people that actually follow the law. If your ex is lawless and continues to switch jobs every time they find them or create a fake shell corporation to scam PPP loans, then, they will never have to pay.

You can go down to the pro se office at the court. And ask them how to file a motion. The information about cases automatically be enforced by Family Support Registry is wrong. These people are out of control. Anyway, ask to file a motion non payment of child support. This is a felony. And once this is in your record, your done. So make sure you make three copies. One for you, and one for the clerk of the court, and one the the respondent. And hold on tight for the ride of your life. If you where a women, you would be in jail, as the man for not paying child support. 100 % Verified facts 2007.

Umm. Your question is in a public forum which the agency in question will not answer. But, as a former client that paid off his debt recently to said agency can say here. As you are having issues with your account then you must go to said agency hence force an audit to get things straightened out. No other way to resolve your issues.
