From what I understand It is one VHA center serving the entire country, and they are severely understaffed. Write or call your Congress Rep. And demand that they raise that department's budget so more offices and employees can opened/hired. Otherwise the wait time will continue.
The VA is experiencing high call volume. Because the calls are being set up nation wide. However, there are more people being hired and trained to help you. I realize that. Be patient and we are more than happy to help you.
