How can I see if there is a patient there

If you know what floor they are on, call the front desk and ask for that floor, the nurse can usually give you more info then the front desk (if you have the patient security code of course) if you don't, you can call the front desk, and they can transfer you. Always remember, because of patient privacy, the nurses legally can not tell you anything without the code. We can always transfer you into the room for you to talk to the patient as well.
