I'm dealling with this right now...My poor customer has been waiting what's now 7 days late from org delivery date, 14 days since it was shipped...Cab't offord for my new business to take a $200 loss. Of course the shipper always gets blamed still to this day I fo not understand how it's our fualt when it's in the care of the USPS. 😡
Hopefully you had tracking and can go online to see where it last was.
