So today 10/3/22, I just saw the rudest post office clerk just attack a young woman. She was just two people ahead of me and I could hear the whole conversation even though the store was somewhat full. Basically it seemed she had a form filled out and the clerk was getting frustrated because he couldn't work the computer and tried to blame her by saying it was the wrong form (which it wasn't he determined) and that she didn't have a real zipcode which was definitely a real zip. He told her to go home pretty rudely to do it online. The woman sighed and then asked if she could just fill out a new form there, and he VERY AGGRESSIVELY said real loud " Well i was gonna suggest that before you got all huffy". One- she was clearly trying her best to deal with a difficult and already aggressive clerk. Two- it was very clear he didn't know what he was doing. Three- a store shouldn't really treat a customer like that but a public servant should NEVER behave like this. The store seems like a mom and pop grocery with a post office tucked in the back but that should not be a reason for employees to treat women this way. The whole store kinda seemed weirded out the situation. Do better Denver.

They have no idea what they are doing. Often loses packages. My aunt tried to ship her deceased sons' personal items back to herself, and they lost the package. Never recovered. DON'T DO IT!

Lost over $300 worth of packages....claimed they were probably stolen out of the drop box and offered absolutely no help, advice or accountability. Very frustrating as a small business owner. I would not personally use their drop box again.
