Overall the venue is great. Prices are right and we have a great time each time we go. Valet isn’t all that great when it comes to handling the situation. Can be time consuming for customers to wait such a long time. I give this place 4 out 5

It is a fantastic venue. Evety seat is great. The balcony offers the best viewing and sound. Duseks restaurant is a must before the show. Food is spectacular. Dont miss it. Street parking is easy about two blocks north along 16th street by the train tracks. Never had a problem there.

I've had a lot of tun here. Good variety of.music and events. Plan on parking far away with a 20 minute walk because it is smack dab in the heart of Pilsen. Or take the CTA pink line and walking. Come about 1& 1/2 hours early and eat anywhere on 18th from Wolcott to Sangamon..Get the whole experience Pilsen has to offer. Veggie to meat, Juice house healthy to bars. 😀😍😎
