They did a great job and approached the person I came with to offer accommodations for people with disabilities

The Boys went to a concert here last night and had a BLAST seeing King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard!

Saw King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard there last night. I've been to concerts in a ton of venues around the country many of which have been big, giant warehouse style places. I've got to say I'm impressed by how great this place sounds. The acoustics are surprisingly good for a place like this. The PA was dialed in really well. Not sure how much was the house lighting or sound package, but it REALLY worked. And if the PA/lighting/video were part of the venue, call me doubly impressed. Full, stage wide video screen at the back of the stage. Lighting that even had the openers looking great. Easy to get in and out of the venue. We got lucky with street parking. Plus we got dinner beforehand at the Asian market across the street which easily handled the crowd. My biggest gripe would be the outrageous cost of drinks at the bar. $31 for 2 beers. Yeah. ...yeah

I honestly felt like livestock. I am not usually one to complain. I promise. They HAVE to fix the way entry works at this place. Someone is going to get hurt. There is a fenced in large rectangular area where everyone is staged before entry. They form people in lines as you enter the staging area. Imagine the maze like line you see at an amusement park with NO barriers. When the doors open everyone is supposed to follow the line. But that doesn't happen. The line dissolves and every just presses in like cattle. There were people lining up for this show for hours ahead of time (not me). They might have been 20th in line. At any other venue this person has a great chance for a front row spot. Not here! Their position in line is destroyed because they way they line you up.It is clear from the start that they are only concerned with the cheapest way to get you in and no concern whatsoever for your safety. FREE WATER STATIONS ARE NEEDED INSIDE. The open venue is very cool looking. Lighting was amazing. Sound was amazing. The walls on the right side open up to the outside (very great for those on the right). Put some huge fans in those "windows" to circulate that air to the other side...it's HOT in the middle and the left side. My friend nearly passed out (over heated). He was on the ground, white as a ghost. People around us used their phone lights to get security. It took way too long for medical staff (I think it was just security though) to get him help. Thank you to the medical people in the crowd who helped!! I get inflation. But from the original $30 in fees for the 2 tickets thru axs (not really radius' fault) to the $6 for a small bottle of water (a case of 24 costs maybe $4) and the refusal to give me a cup of water from 2 different bartenders and the whole lining us up like cattle with no regard to how long people have been lined up... it is clear... Radius doesn't care about you or your safety at all. Change this practice immediately! Thank you to the venues in Chicago who have free water. Water is a right. It is very cool looking though. Looks aren't everything.

Yes
Yes, me and my sister both took one. you just have to go through check points.
The below statements are not true, there is secured parking on-site for a hefty fee, of course.
Yes and yes
Radius charges like $45 for secured parking but you can find street parking
I was in the front but I actually got cold. I was right under the vent and it was blowing right on me but yes, they do.
Nope, just you paid a higher price than GA1
Honestly. Find out when the next show is and get there early. Ask Ronald tell them you know "Jon from Prysm" they'll care more. Good luck my g.
Vaccine card, negative PCR test within 72 hours or a negative rapid test, which is located onsite. For shows 18+ or 21+ ID is required, for All ages shows ID is required for alcohol purchases.
If you like Asian food such as sushi, Korean bbq, Chinese, etc. Check out Chinatown which is just across the river from Radius. Some good spots are MingHin, MCCB and Joy Yee.
They have parking at the venue first come first serve. But there are also various pay lots around the area of you don't mind walking. I parked down in Chinatown.
