Customer Service is a plus 5. The gentlemen at the front door were impeccably professional. Two stars begin here....However, the price of the bottle service was outrageous! Who would pay $575 per bottle for 1942. $250 for at $30 bottle of Titos. Not worth the time or money. Nonetheless, the replaying the same music of Ampiano prior to Major League was horribly boring. Major League should come out earlier. Would love to see them, but I left. I will just enjoy them on YouTube.

Great venue to host events and every party I have attended has been on point. Shout out to the strawberry margaritas.

What’s a nice time. Wish the restaurant was still open. So only option for food is chips. Love the free salsa lessons monthly

They need to try doing a show on time...

There is street parking, and there are usually two lots available during events...
Yes. They aren't always needed, but they do several very popular shows every year and they do tend to run out of space during some of those.
Yes a small parking lot street parking is very tight in that area
Not sure but he is well known here so more than likely yes.
You should contact the building manager.
Unfortunately, our restaurant is no longer open. We do occasionally offer special brunch events. Keep an eye on our website for more details.
??? Not sure what you mean. Employees? Visitors?....?
Absolutely
OK so he doing a set for her, and then we party?? And what's the time limit for free
I would love an answer to that question as well
Yes they have an elevator, but no automatic door for handicap entrance, so someone would have to open it for you if you couldn't open it yourself.
There is metered street parking and two nearby pay lots. The Promontory has no dedicated parking.
It depends on the number of people you expect to attend. It seems like a good place for a small party. There's metered parking around the area and there's a flight of stairs to enter.
I'll love to help you, but I don't take beer.
No
Can be
No, but there is a large patio on the second level with a seating area. Its part of the music venue.

The show I went to had seating by the stage and plenty of open space behind the seats and the bar.

Not until it's legal. Sorry.
If you are unable to print a ticket on a printer that is not a problem. We can look your name up and find your ticket when you arrive at the box office.
Dress as you feel comfortable.
To the best of my knowledge no, at least it's not a weekly display whether it has or has not happened.
Both floors are accessible for wheel chairs.
No dress code
Upstairs can accommodate all!
Usually things are no more than 20
No
From their website: "We are an all ages restaurant. If under 21, we ask that you do not choose seats at the bar nor consume alcohol. For events and shows at the music venue, unless otherwise indicated, our early evening concerts are all ages, and our late shows are 17 and up. Our evening and day parties are 21 and over, as are select concerts. Review event and show details before purchasing tickets."
The ambiance is very natural perfect for an evening with friends chatting it up and enjoying great music. Truly organic atmosphere. With respect to the food I appreciate Promontory for catering to all pallets. Their catfish is a nice twist on the southern comfort. The short ribs will leave you wanting more. I personally am a fan of the lamb cheeseburger it has been replaced with a beef cheeseburger that is really good. Nonetheless you won't be sorry excellent experience.
Check the website
