The ambiance is very natural perfect for an evening with friends chatting it up and enjoying great music. Truly organic atmosphere. With respect to the food I appreciate Promontory for catering to all pallets. Their catfish is a nice twist on the southern comfort. The short ribs will leave you wanting more. I personally am a fan of the lamb cheeseburger it has been replaced with a beef cheeseburger that is really good. Nonetheless you won't be sorry excellent experience.
I imagine it's like any other night honestly. I don't think the menu changes all that often. Now if you're talking about getting a table on a Saturday, from my personal experience, we had to wait a little. Not too long though. Just hung out at the bar for a bit.
