Are there seats for concerts?

There is seating in the upper balcony. Very limited seating on main floor. Not folding chairs, yet temporary seats.

Yes but only upstairs. Depending on the show, this seats may or may not be available. Do research before booking tickets.

We had to purchase tickets specifically for the balcony. There are theater seats, regular chairs, bench seating and some high tops with stools. They were all first come, first served and not reserved. The theater is not large. Both sight lines and audio fine in balcony.
