No it is a pretty safe diverse neighborhood. Lots of people bustling around at night. I don't worry when my daughter goes there. The first time i drove her to be sure, but she goes on her own now. Nice place.
Not at all. Very busy area, high traffic. Plus plenty of security at the venue and the 3 bars within.
