There are a few streets that are free, but a couple blocks away. Most streets rearby require a permit or are metered spots. There is also a pay lot for $15-20 two blocks away.
The pay lot is inexpensive and close to Thalia.
Keith is right. I just parked 5 blocks away because many of the side streets are residential permit parking. There is parking by the wall/murals
