Have someone with a foid card if you're traveling with the guns, if you have someone with a foid card with you. You can sell the guns to Marengo Guns with a license or state Id. You would also need the FOID number and proof from who you received them from.

Any time you sell a gun or buy one out of state you are required to go through a licensed dealer to handle the legalities.

You have to get a FOID card. It's not that hard to do. Go to the Illinois state police website and download the form.
