OK! so where do i begin? BTW google needs to change this name, its supposed to be S&P Rentals, its no longer sunnyside. anyway, the property manager "Meg" is terrible! for starters she came out to show us our apartment in her pajamas, which whatever. It was unprofessional but i shook it off. while showing me the apartment she told me about all of the gossip around, and peoples relationship problems... just things i dont care to know....all bad vibes from her. however i was desperate at the time and needed a place fast... so i signed a lease.... everything worked well in the apartment, but it was dirty when i moved in. The guy who fixes stuff there "John" is actually pretty great! the property manager got mad that i came to John about an ongoing leak in my apartment and says i have to go through her... but i can tell her 100 times for MONTHS and nothing happens, i said something to John when i saw him in the lot and it was done very promptly. He is the only reason my review gets any stars! Plus it is hard to ever get ahold of her, she is gone by like 2 to go to work and is gone all night, and she doesnt answer her phone, and during the day before she goes to work shes never in the office. why doesnt this place have any sort of regular office hours? been here over 6 months, and ive seen that office open like 5 times! that is very frustrating! i don't care that the office is always closed, but i need to be able to get a hold of management!

Very bad place to live, the hallways are very dirty and they dont keep up with it at all. There was a dead squirrel in one of the hallways for over a week and the manager KNEW ABOUT IT. The manager also like to go inside apartments (WITHOUT THE RENTERS KNOWING) She went into our apartment and and we never got a 24 hour notice before she came over. If you’re looking for somewhere to live in marengo please dont let it be this place.
