"After viewing a video posted by Eric Friday evening, I decided that was the bike I needed and made the impulsive decision to drive the 3 1/2 hours up to Randy's Cycle in Marengo. To make it even more of an adventure, I'm a brand new rider and stopped on the way up to get my new M class license. I decided to make a pit stop and give them a call to let them know I was enroute and which bike I was interested in when Eric sadly told me it had sold within a couple of hours after posting it. I almost called it quits there, but glad I didn't. Eric assured me they had 1 or 2 comparable models and I continued the trip. Upon arrival, I found a gorgeous 2012 Yamaha VStar 950 waiting outside the front door, shined up and ready for a test ride. Eric had no outwardly nervousness as I handed him my newly printed paper license and off I went on a test ride. After discussing a couple of other bikes and listening to his expert advice and knowledge on the different makes/models, I decided no other test rides were needed. He was more than happy to answer my endless stream of questions. After letting Eric know that was the one, he handed me off to Heather seamlessly who made the entire credit app and approval totally painless and fast, probably less than 30 min total, and she even put the new license plates on for me! After a quick purchase of a riding jacket and helmet (it was chillier than I expected and I was unprepared, being new) and some handshakes, I was on the road and rode it the entire 231 miles back home. Overall, I wish all vehicle dealerships operated like this one. Some of the nicest, pressure free, people I've ever dealt with who seemed to truly have my best interest at heart being new to motorcycles. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and will definitely be keeping them in the forefront of my mind when it's time to upgrade! 10/10 experience."

I have a Goldwing with a California Sideecar Trike Kit on it and have had it into Randy's a couple of times over the last few years for maintenance and some work. Called today and left a message about needing an appointment to get it back in now with a issue. Have no doubts I will hear for them soon and would take it no place else for any work!!
