yes they allow dogs and as long as you have your dog on a leash and it is trained and it will be at your side..[.which is assumed..as you certainly dont want to spend hours at lowes running and yelling after a dog gone wild..]...and as far as being considerate of those who " dont want to be in the company of animals"no worries...dog is at your side....they would have to approach you to be in your company...not the other way around AND PLUS those people are unfortunately on the wrong planet...im just saying
Yes, but one should be considerate of others that don't want to be in company of animals unless it is service dog. I leave my dog at home.
