This is absolutely the best emergency room I have ever been to! I care for an elderly couple, she is blind, and we have been to the ER 3 separate times the past few months. Jeff has been there to care for them each time. He remembers a number details from our pervious visits that make caring for my friends so much easier! Jennifer was so kind and helpful as well on our previous as well! Dr. Snyder is easy to talk to and very efficient at what she does! The staff at this place is simply amazing! They really care about their patients! Thank you for all of the help!

Great job by the emergency staff and Dr Curtis. Came in in a pain level 8 and left in a 0 amount of pain. We were in and out in about an hour. Dr Curtis was great and was able to give treatment options that was easy to understand.

I had a blood clot in my catheter and visited the Center in June. In my first visit, they did not irrigate my catheter properly so I had to come back to the Center a few hours later. In the 2nd visit, they just decided to replace it with a new one, instead of irrigating it. These caused lots of trauma on me. A few weeks later, I received bills for the facility and physician fees that I have to pay after my insurance company BCBS already paid for thousands of dollars for these visits. I protested the improper medical care I had with them, but their replies were that "the charges were appropriate".

The whole team is so nice & they really listen to you & care for you. They're struggling with staffing issues now, but they still do a thorough job. Dr. Kim is very kind and knowledgeable, I was grateful he was fully honest & explained everything to me. Thanks
