Try a co-op CTY 1.1. It comes in an XS size.
They have many to choose from, their in house brand CO-OP Cycles is a good value choice for a casual cyclist. Ask the bike person to do a fit for you!
Is there a question? They have cycling specialists there and a variety of bike frame sizes can accommodate all sorts of body sizes and types. As far as sight seeing they have guidebooks that would be helpful, but you could just google local parks as well...but again a question would help people answer.
