Go to the main office off of Clinton Hwy. Most offices don't know. Must be a main office
Good luck. After 20+ years we left Verizon and switched to Xfinity mobile. We saved a huge amount. We were also tired of the misrepresentation and not being able to contact them other than driving to a store.
