Spent 3 hours on the phone with 3 separate customer service representatives and was told I needed to go in store to finalize a transaction. I went to the closest store (I admit it was 15 minutes until they closed but that was the quickest I could get there). Once I arrived I was told they are appointment only and had already taken their last appointment for the day. They indicated that by the time they accessed my account, they would be closed. Given my husband completed 2 transactions (and did not need an appointment) in this same time frame only a couple days ago, he wasn’t happy either. I did look online and do not see where it states ‘by appointment’ only. While the individual was cordial, the fact there wasn’t anything said to me about appointments by the customer service representative or that I could see on the website, I’m very irritated.

I have spent over a month trying to get a phone transfer and billing problems resolved. After three phone calls into customer care and then transfer assistance. Was directed to go to this store. Manager (David) was not helpful and just didn't really care. He provided all the same phone numbers to call. Will be looking to find a new phone provider. Would really rather give this store a no star if I was able to

Jacob accessed my account and ran a credit check without telling me! I specifically stated at the beginning of our conversation that I did not want my credit ran. I called customer service after leaving the store to see if it was ran because I thought it was strange that he told me I was approved for “x” amount in my account. He asked for me to click to give him permission to access my account and then asked for my license and then said I was approved for “x” amount. This needs addressed immediately! I never gave authorization for any credit to be done! Soft or hard pull is completely unacceptable! It was not authorized! Who can I contact to help me because customer service was of no help! I am truly thinking of switching carriers. I have paid off several devices and stuck with Verizon as a loyal customer. If this isn’t fixed and compensation isn’t given, I will be changing! I told Jacob and was very firm about my credit not being run! This is an illegal thing to do! You did not have my permission! Because of this dishonesty, we will NOT be buying anymore from Verizon!

No they stopped doing that at this location about three years ago.
Yes it is and they can trouble shoot your phone there.
