My family just moved to Knoxville and we've been trying to find a good thrift shop for clothes. My son and I found Planet Xchange tonight and LOVE it! It's clean and very organized. He found casual clothing and I found tops for work. Great designer brands, and prices were amazing. All staff were friendly and helpful too. We'll be visiting this shop often and we definitely recommend it.

I shop here and find a few things. I like some of the stuff. They are organized. I also sell clothing, purses online. I have tried to take several items in to sale, even calling to check what they are taking brands, season etc. i have never sold anything to this store. Everyone i have ever talked with states they only buy a few items from them if they do buy, for very low price like yard sale. But resale for alot more. Resale in Knoxville is horrible and I wonder if we need a entire new resale store. Especially for all size people. I am a size 8 but they lack variety of all sizes and ethnic backgrounds.

I don’t like how things are labeled “they/them/theirs” I understand what they are trying to do but it does make shopping more time consuming. “Fem” or “masc” sections or gender neutral would be easier to shop. Also brought in stuff and they only gave me $8 for a pair of vintage Levi’s that they will probably sell for $30-$50.

All customers and employees are required to wear masks while in the store. Clothing and cashier stations sanitized throughout the day. Additional sanitizer ion if dressing rooms and door knobs after each use.
Full prices Clothing with tags attached is returnable for Store Credit. We don't accept returns on accessories, shoes, purses, etc.

Planet Xchange gets Supreme, and other hype brands in pretty regularly. They don’t hold and it’s always first come -first serve, so you have to go into the store to grab it.

As many as you can bring, but they dont accepted massive amounts of clothing about 2 hours before closing. Get there early for large loads

Bit of both, honestly. Some "Ironic" retro clothes, but anything of good quality will be accepted.
I am a frequent customer at Planet Xchange and yes they do trade on, buy and/or sale Michael Kors handbags along with most all name brand hand bags.. I know that expect the hand bags to be in good to great condition..
