My wife kimberly called back last December and talked to a lady salesperson. My wife was looking for a sleeper sofa. The lady sent a picture of it and put a deposit until she could see it. Fast forward we just received a call from Matt recently and was told that we had put the sofa on layaway and that if we did not pick up the sofa we would forfeit the money. It was a very busy time and my wife had totally forgotten about the sofa. Matt was extremely rude and unwilling to offer any other options. My wife never signed a layaway agreement nor was Matt able to produce one. If this is an example of how this company unethically conducts business I would suggest that anyone looking for furniture would be wise to find it somewhere else. Blessings, Mike Wasserman

Got a great deal on an England sleeper sofa at Sofas and More. The same sofa at Brown Squirrel was $1299 - Sofas and More had it for $999! We were able to pick it up the day we purchased it. My only complaint was that they didn’t wrap the sofa as promised before we picked it up, so it did get a couple of scuffs during the move. Otherwise, very happy with our purchase!

Yes I saw a few but they can also order what you want they didn't have the chaise sofa I wanted so there ordering it for me. .

I chose the 1 year 0% interest. They set it up like a credit card that sends a payment envelope. You can also pay online at the credit company/bank card.
They can give you a store credit or a refund. Either one. It's legal
