The Hotel canceled my reservation a day early and lied to me, telling me that I only reserved one night. I still have the email confirmation of a two-night reservation. Complained to corporate, who sent my complaint to the hotel’s management. Never got any response or apology. Avoid staying here; there’s plenty of other hotels in the area.

Breakfast not included. For the price it really should be. Bottled water was not complimentary and the water coming out of the tap smelled like sulfur. The first room I was given smelled like people had been boarding dogs there. 3 of the 4 lights had bulbs that were burnt out and they said they didn’t have any replacements. The phone in the room did not work. Stayed in a different room the next night with a 1PM late checkout requested. Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 11AM and kept waking me up. I work nights so that’s an issue. Happened the first night too. And finally, they shut the water off the second morning so no shower, toilet or water available when I got up. Some of my crew was informed, but I was not. Poor communication by staff. Overall terrible stay☹️

The staff in general has been amazing, Luna especially! She is easy to talk with, keeps you and laughing all while being professional. I will definitely be coming back, as long as she works here!!

It was excellent, Luna and the rest of the employers were awesome and I had such a pleasant stay. Food and services were also great. Thank you to all of the staff.
