The most horrible service ever at the Fleming Island location. Ordered a hot decaf coffee with cream to go at 2:51pm (drive-thru). Waitress served cold coffee. Drive-thru service is at its worse. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese crossiant. Got to work and took a bite and tasted disgusting. Opened sandwich and my bacon is burnt!! Why would you serve this to a customer? Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

what’s the point of order ahead? order a coffee and ice latte 10 minutes ahead and still have to wait at the counter for another 8 minutes...then catch an attitude when I ask for whipped cream on the latte (which was on the order). This is not the first time with the bad experience and long wait at this location.

As with every fast food establishment or Eatery you have a few negative experiences which often times can overshadow all of your positive experiences. But at this location I can say that I've had many more positive experiences than negative experiences. Some of the staff can have bad attitudes at times, but overall most of the staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile. I had a bad experience at a nother location and the manager at this location made it right. The other location was privately owned in this location would have received nothing in return for remaking my order and giving it to me at no charge. I really appreciate it that kind gesture. Once my mother's coffee was made with sugar and she's diabetic and cannot have any sugar. I took it back to this location and they remade it and apologized very sincerely. So this location has its ups and downs but the one constant is they always try very hard to make it right. The food at this location is better than the other location in the area. And they make a very very good latte or macchiato. Five stars from me. nobody's perfect, but they try really hard to meet customers needs. Also this location is always clean and as you can see from my photos that usually draw a crowd because of the great food, coffees and service.
