Update - The owner personally reached out to me and took these comments to heart. After this, service was much better for a while, but once again yesterday they were out of bagels and didn’t offer to make the flavor I wanted to order until I asked them to, and when I got it, it was so tough I could barely chew the bagel and there was cream cheese all over the sides and running everywhere. Impossible to eat without making a mess. Unfortunately I just feel like the new employees are not very concerned about the customer experience. The only reason I keep going back here is because I love that they use good wholesome ingredients and the food quality is good. However, the service is always so frustrating. Both of the last 2 times I ordered a bagel it has taken 15-20 minutes and that was mainly because both times, they complete my order and set it near the drive thru area and nobody calls it out. One time the lady actually stood there with my bagel in her hand carrying on a conversation with a coworker for close to 5 minutes before they called my order so I could get it and go. When I went today around lunch, it took over 10 minutes for the cashier to ring up 3 people. There seemed to be no urgency with most of the staff to get people out in a timely manner. They’re also consistently out of blueberry bagels by 12:30 or 1:00 when they don’t close until 8. Overall the food is great but really wish they’d improve the organization and management to make it a more pleasant experience

Impressed with the breakfast variety. I ordered the salmon omelet and fruit cup. I wa impressed with the fruit salad because there was effort in slicing the grapes, strawberries, and banana.

Absolutely! It's a very nice environment and you can order coffee and nice meals. It has a bit more of a personal feel than other coffee places and you'll really feel comfy.
Hello Maria, We do have the 12 ounce Charcoal color Huskee cup, and the lids and saucers. a single cup and lid =$20, 4 pack of cups is $44, a 4pk of lids is $20, and a 4 pack of saucers is $22. If you are in the Orange Park Florida area, you can purchase in the coffeehouse. Otherwise we can mail your purchase to you. I put the single cup and lid on our online store. Hello Michelle, we use UDI's gluten free hamburger bun. It is dairy free but does contain egg, so it is not vegan.
