People are friendly but could be run better. They give you a number that they call. But they only call your number once so you have to listen carefully through all the staff talking, the customers talking, and the intercom all at the same time. I missed my number and they never called my name again. I had to get back in line and start over again. Then the receptionist sent us to the wrong line. Only 1 screen with the numbers is working and it's facing outdoors, only a few people in the room can see it. Genius!

Yes you can handle the DL reinstatement by walk in. There is a line, but it goes by quickly.
