The sales rep was extremely helpful, but not pushy. When it came time to transfer multiple gigs of data from my old phone to the Samsung Z Fold 3 I had just purchased, he kept cracking jokes asking if I wanted to go have lunch while the phones finished! He said it was the LONGEST transfer he'd ever done, but he was a good sport about it. Never once did he act impatient or put out on the 5th or 6th or...(?) check to see if it was done only to find it was barely halfway through media transfer! Lol! Was a good experience.
