You can return an item that was ordered online at the store. However, be aware that when you order online there are some products that may not be returned at the store. In the product description it should provide that specific information.
Our Macy's in the Muncie Mall closed up a few years ago. I think the closest one to me is now Ft. Wayne. Very sad. I liked Macy's.
