Decent, but not amazing detailing service. Only worth the money because they have good warranty service. They left a lot of swirl marks on my Tesla when I had them apply their ceramic coating, and the hydrophobic quality is poor compared to my prior experiences with pro detail shops. Not certain I would do it again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. On my way to pick up my truck Diane is calling me telling me I need to pay over the phone even though I I’m 30 seconds from store. Wouldn’t take No for an answer and told me there’s no way I can get there before they lock the door. I’d told Tiffany on the phone earlier in the day I couldn’t pick my truck up till a little before 5:30 and she said that was fine. They wanted to close the store at 5:30 which I understand, but I arrived at 5:23 and when I said I’m ready to pay with my credit card so that nobody would be held up past closing, Diane and Tiffany both started a terrible argument with me. It was clear they were already in a mood and I’m sure I’m not the first customer they’ve treated this way. At one point Diane asked me what my F$&@ing problem was. She continued to harass me even after the payment was made. They said that I’d have to wait for my receipt outside. There’s no excuse to curse at a customer. My receipt even states that the credit card was swiped at 5:26 so there’s absolute proof that no ziebart employee had to stay past 5:30 even though a good business with great customer service would have been more than happy to help me pick up my truck within a reasonable time close to closing. I’ll never go back to this business again and I don’t suggest anyone else does either. Not worth the high prices and the horrible disrespect.

I would highly recommend their services. They did a great job with tinting my windows but most importantly the customer service was amazing.
