Went there for an antenna for my PC. It's mere existence was enough to bamboozle and confuse the people in blue shirts. They didn't know what it was nor if they sold it. So I drove across the street and walked in to A+ Computors and they had me out of there with what I needed in 30 seconds. That's not an exaggeration, I had an antenna with me to show them what it was. Never going to best buy again, seriously incompetent

I would recommend calling Best Buy directly. They may have ways to utilize them besides making a purchase. There is also a vending machine in some grocery stores that have a way to redeem unused and unspent gift cards that convert to cash. Good luck

To best ensure its still there, i would recommend ordering it online for in store pick up. When you receive an email that its ready for pick up just go to customer service with your email and they will have it for you. Easy as pie!
