absolutely Unresponsive Leadership!!! Tried giving them business but they sell you damaged stuff things you do not notice, and later on does not even care to reply to emails, I am very disappointed and need resolution today!

It's my fault for giving them a second chance. I ordered the washer back in July. Finally got here yesterday. They didn't haul away the old washer as they were supposed to. After hooking it up, it's a brick with my clothes locked inside it. Samsung is sending a new computer board some day. They have horrendous customer service. If you cannot walk out of the door with it, don't buy it.

Joshua was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our GE washer and dryer were on sale and he even looked for more discounts. We were in and out promptly. We are getting our washer and dryer tomorrow. No one else would have been able to deliver tomorrow.

They have two delivery days a week, I think there Tuesday and Friday, so it would depend on when you went.

No, they have a thing called acceptance now they don't check your credit and depending on how much stuff you get is what your payment is going to be. And if you pay it off early they actually report to the credit bureau that you took it out to full term and paid the total amount with interest. So they don't check your credit but they report to the credit bureau so your credit score will go up, and it's like Rent-A-Center you take it home when you make your first payment.

They give you a packet at time of purchase. If you no longer have it, call the store.
You can apply for credit but they don't do buy here pay here/ rent to own for any reason. Also they have a discount/scratch and dent section if your budget minded
