Because of the employee/supposid soon to be manger in this store u guys lost a potential multi thousand dollar deal i will not do business here again because u guys are promoting people to managers who shouldnt be mangers if they cant change the thread or properly operate the equipment they shouldnt be there doing custom stuff

Terrible customer service. Employee was chitchatting with his buddy The entire 10 minutes I was there, and cussing every other word out loud while two separate customers were in the store. They either can’t find anybody to work there or their level of expectation is the lowest I’ve ever witnessed. It’s a shame that this kind of behavior is more and more common place...
