James Lacey - the guard shack should be able to tell you if your load is ready or not..(where you check-in..2 lane check in..) The actual shipping office is around the side of the building facing the mountains near docks 13/14/15.. directly across from where the employees park their cars.. there is a small stop sign/crosswalk (make sure you stop at the stop sign, they are watching..!) Look to your left while stting at that little stopsign.. that glass door is the shipping office..
Guards will tell you if they are running 24hours late
Try the guard , usually loads are ready before appt times , but there times they can be running late
Loads always ready just go to gate check in
