After waiting for 3.5 hours, I had to call again and see where my tow was. I only used AMS because that's what my insurance roadside service lined up. But I'll be damned if I ever use them again ... It took almost 4.5 hours to get to my vehicle, and never had the courtesy to call and inform me that the vehicle arrived at the shop. Totally unreliable in my opinion. I'm just glad I wasn't on the side of the road, or in extreme weather waiting for this company's truck to show.

People that been burned? Guy that showed up for me was professional and capable! My employer took care of the billing though.
