Is it possible to get vouchers? I live in Vernal Utah and we have about 20+ feral cats that we take care of and they keep having more kittens. We don’t have quite enough money to have them all fixed.

You need call them directly honestly

I Believe they have vouchers for indoor cats. And t&r cages that they lend you to catch the Wildcats. Then you would take them and fixed free with the T&R program.

Depending on the type of cat, color, gender and age there are options through out salt lake. Such as best friends and the humane society. Search online or call them directly.
