"Items purchased in our stores or on Walmart.com may be returned or exchanged within ninety (90) days of purchase with or without a receipt." You can return items to Customer Service and recieve your refund there. If you bought things online you can return in store or ship it back to them (they cover shipping fees) after printing out a label. If it is from a 3rd party market, then you can either ship it to the seller or give your package (in a box or shipping bag) to customer service for Walmart to ship it for you.
